Tech is on a call. Shop line is still ringing.

A 9pm no-cool does not wait for the truck to roll back. A water heater on the garage floor does not live on voicemail until morning. Rain into a bedroom does not hold for a tarp callback at 8. Those jobs book whoever picks up. We work that ring that night, in the shop’s voice.

What you get

$2,500 a month. One HVAC, plumbing, or roofing shop.

$2,500 a month · one shop · thirty-day kill
  • Night rings: no-cool, leak, rain in the house If it hits after the last truck is out, we call them back that night.
  • Quotes still sitting on the counter We stay on the estimate until they schedule a tech or they stop answering.
  • Ask for the review when the system is running After the roof is dry or the heater is up — not while they are still wet.
  • Forms and email in the shop’s mouth A web form gets a shop-voice reply, not a ticket number from a portal.
  • Monday desk for the shop Rings we caught, service that booked, and unsigned quotes still on the pile.
